FOSHAN ORTHOPEDIC HOSPITAL can provide medical services for foreigners. Foreigners can complete real name appointment and registration for medical treatment with the new version of Foreigner Permanent Residence Card or passport. They can not only go to the offline service window, but also complete the whole process of medical treatment operations such as appointment, registration and payment online through the hospital's WeChat official account.

一、现场挂号就诊

On site registration for medical treatment

1.持护照或永久居留证在医院一楼收费处挂号。

Register with your passport or permanent resident permit at the cashier on the ground floor.

2.挂号后根据挂号单的提示到相应的楼层和科室报到。报到成功后等待“叫号”并按指引进行就诊。

After registering, follow the instructions on the registration form to report to the appropriate floor and department. Wait for your number to be called and proceed to the doctor’s office.

3.我院可为外籍患者提供诊疗过程中的翻译、介绍及咨询服务，如有需求可前往一楼服务中心咨询。

We can provide translation, introduction and consulting services for foreigners during medical care, please contact the service center on the ground floor if you have any requests.

二、网络预约挂号

Online appointment registration

Step 1: Scan the code to follow “FOSHAN ORTHOPEDIC HOSPITAL” WeChat Public Account.

第二步：点击下方“智慧医院-掌上医院”，再点击左上方“切换语言”后，进行下一步操作。

Step 2: Click "Smart Hospital - Mobile Hospital" below, then select "Switch Language" at the top left corner to proceed with the next steps.

第三步：点击右下方“我的”，再点击“就诊人管理-新增就诊人”，添加就诊人个人信息。

Step 3: Click "My" in the lower right corner, then click "Patient Management - Add New Patient" to enter the patient's personal information.

第四步：返回首页，点击“预约挂号”，依次选择预约科室、预约日期、预约医生。

Step 4: Return to Home, click on “Appointment Registration” and select the appointment department, date and doctor in turn.

第五步：确认预约，并支付挂号费用，即成功预约。

Step 5: Confirm the appointment and pay the registration fee, which means the appointment is successful.

第六步：预约成功后，带齐证件到院按流程就诊。

Step 6: After the appointment is successful, bring all the necessary documents to the hospital and follow the procedure for treatment.
