《雨的旋律》（Rhythm Of The Rain）是流行音乐史上最令人难忘的经典，这首歌清新明快，旋律动人，由美国组合瀑布合唱团The Cascades成员约翰·甘莫John Claude Gummoe创作，1962年首发，1963年3月进入美国流行音乐榜第三名，同时更勇夺抒情歌曲排行榜的冠军，在Easy Listning排行榜上连续两周名列第一，并在1963年的Billboard排行榜位列第四名。
The Cascades来自加州圣地亚哥，由擅长作曲和吉他的主唱约翰·甘莫领军，他在1950年代末期结识了另外四位乐手，由于彼此十分投缘，便决定共同组团。1962年底，唱片公司把他们带到好莱坞的录音室，帮他们录制第一张单曲 Second Chance，虽然并不成功，但是第二张单曲，也就是Rhythm of the Rain， 却得到了爆炸性的成功。

后来这首歌被用作著名电影《阿甘正传》的插曲，多年以来不断有人翻唱，更有“绿箭口香糖”的广告将它用作广告主题曲。
邓丽君曾演唱过英文版，歌后的英文水平厉害吧？！
