亚马逊自发货卖家

Amazon MFN Seller

该卖家销售了一件188.39元的保健品发往奥地利,消费者开箱后发现保健品瓶子已碎裂,且部分胶囊已经出现漏液情况,无法食用,因此申请了退款处理。卖家将费用全额退还给消费者后,没有提交任何材料,拿到了该笔订单退款金额50%的补贴:94.19元。

The seller sold a bottle of health care product and sent to the Austria. Consumer found the bottle was broken and the products could not be ate, so she asked for refund. The seller dealt with the refund and got ¥94.19 compensation (50% of refund goods value) without submit any document or photo.

Wish卖家 Wish Seller

一位法国消费者在wish店铺买了2件售价6.8美元的茶叶过滤器,卖家次日就安排了物流发货。因为旺季的原因,消费者在原预计收货时间到了后又多等了一周还未收到包裹,便发起了退货退款。卖家为消费者全额退款后,拿到了该笔订单退款金额45%的延时补贴:21.16元。

A french consumer bought 2 tea strainers ($6.8) on wish, the seller delivered the goods next day. However, the package the package was 7 day delayed of the latest arriving time because of the shopping season, so she applied for refund. The seller gave the money back to the consumer, and got 50% compensation of refund losses from Dowsure.

消费者 Consumer

消费者从德国sopo-onlineshop网站上购买了一台售价为310.74欧元的电磁炉转运回国。然而消费者收货后发现整个电磁炉面板已经破损完全无法使用,最终获得2464.82元的破损全额补贴。

This Chinese consumer bought a €310.74 induction cooker from sopo-onlineshop website, she found the product was badly damaged. Luckily, the consumer applied claim and got ¥2464.84 compensation (full value of damaged cooker) from Dowsure.

出口物流 Logistics

该出口物流方承接了一批平板皮套、手机壳发往亚马逊FBA仓库,共计5035件,分成了60个包裹,总金额196365元。包裹到亚马逊FBA仓库清点数目时却只有4989件商品,其余46件商品(在同1包裹中)运输途中不翼而飞,确认丢失。物流方本应承担全额的赔偿,在向豆沙包提供了相应材料后,获得了丢失商品的全额补贴:1794元。

The logistics company delivered 5,035 products (in 60 packages) from china to Amazon FBA wearhouse. But only 4,989 goods put on sale after Amazon received the packages, 46 goods in 1 package was confirmed lost. Logistics company should have to bear this compensation, fortunately they got ¥1,794 compensation from Dowsure.
