某美国消费者3月27日在该卖家店铺买了1件售价74.46美元的吸尘器。消费者开箱验货后,认为卖家邮寄的吸尘器与店内描述不符,便发起退款申请。卖家及时为消费者处理了退款,并向豆沙包提供了相应的商品订单交易明细图以及退款明细图,拿到了退款金额50%的补贴:250.22元。

某德国消费者3月29日买了一套售价141.23元的儿童智力开发玩具,下单前消费者也咨询了很多玩具的相关问题。消费者收到货后反馈:“宝宝只玩儿了一会儿这款玩具,不喜欢!”申请了退款。退款完成后,卖家没有提交任何材料,拿到该笔订单退款金额50%的补贴:70.61元。

The seller sold a set of intelligence development toys (¥141.23) and delivered from China to Germany. The consumer had asked lots of questions about the toys before she purchased them, but she still applied for refund because her infant only played the toys for a little while and didn’t like them. The seller dealt with the refund and got ¥70.61 compensation (50% of refund goods value) from Dowsure without submit any document or photo.

某德国消费者买了一件售价78.04元的女士打底衫,包裹1周后如期到达消费者手中,但是由于消费者觉得打底衫上身效果不好发起了退款,卖家最终将订单款项全额退还给消费者!退款成功后,卖家拿了到该笔订单退款金额50%的补贴:39.02元。

The German consumer bought a ¥78.04 ladies' base-shirt and tried on it after received the package, but she didn’t like the style when she worn it, so she applied for refund. The Seller gave the money back to her and got ¥39.02 compensation (50% of refund goods value) without submit any document or photo.

某英国消费者4月16日通过该卖家亚马逊店铺购买了一套售价146.3元的游泳衣,卖家再三检查确定无误才安排发货。但是消费者收货后对款式不满意,发起了退款申请,卖家处理了退款,未提交任何材料,便拿到了豆沙包50%的退款补贴:73.15元。

3月28日该消费者从日亚购买了黛珂紫苏水、前男友面膜、牛油果乳液、以及SKII神仙水转运回国。然而拿到手的箱子残破不堪、水湿严重,其中1瓶神仙水碎得满箱都是,还将其他宝贝的外包装污染了个遍!幸好消费者提前购买了货损保障,拿到500元的补贴,挽回了一部分损失。

However, the carton was seriously damage because the SK-II facial treatment essence treatment was broken and also polluted the packages of other goods. Luckily, the consumer applied claim and got ¥500.00 compensation (amount insured) from Dowsure.
