无论是消费者还是卖家,在交易过程中总会遇到一些磕磕绊绊,购买的商品收到后破损、丢失,售出的商品因各种理由被退……着实让人头大,今天再跟大家分享几则案例。

Wish卖家/Wish Seller

1.某wish卖家售出了一个价值15.29美元的树脂花盆寄往法国,虽已特殊加固,但是消费者收货时仍发现花盆碎了一大块。卖家将订单款项全额退还给消费者后,成功拿到了该笔订单退款金额50%的补贴:51.61元。

The French consumer bought a $15.29 flower pot on Wish, however he found the it was broken when the goods was arrived, so he asked for refund. The seller dealt with the refund and applied for claim, finally he got 50% compensation of refund losses from Dowsure.

2.某美国消费者在该卖家的wish店铺购买了一款售价67.15美元的扫地机器人。然而消费者却对这款扫地机器人很不满意,认为商品质量太差只能原地打转,与店内所描述的并不符,申请退货退款。最终卖家将款项全额退还给消费者,并拿到了该笔订单退款金额50%的补贴:226.39元。

The American consumer bought a $67.15 sweeping robot from the wish seller’s shop. However, the consumer thought the goods had a bad quality and it only goes in circles, didn’t work as the deion on website, so he asked for refund. The seller gave the money back to him and got ¥226.39 compensation (50% of refund goods value).

亚马逊卖家/Amazon Seller

1.卖家售出了一件价值88.01元的头纱发往印度,消费者收到包裹后,表示头纱与自己整体风格不太搭,不想要了,申请退货退款。卖家进行了全额退款后,拿到了该笔订单退款金额30%的补贴:26.40元。

The seller sold a ¥88.01 veil and delivered from China to India. The consumer applied for refund after her received the package because it didn't fitted her style. The seller dealt with the refund and got ¥26.40 compensation (30% of refund goods value) without submit any document or photo.

2.某德国消费者购买了1张婴儿摇篮床,卖家次日便安排了发货。然而消费者等待半月有余仍未收到包裹,经查询该包裹被判定为丢失。双方沟通后,卖家将该笔订单款项全额退还给了消费者,拿到该笔订单配送物流费50%的补贴:26.77元。

The German consumer bought a crib on Amazon, but she waited for over half a month and didn’t received the package, she asked for refund after the package was confirmed lost. The seller gave the money back to her and got ¥26.77 compensation (50% of refund goods value) without submit any document or photo.

3.某意大利消费者买了2瓶防晒霜,总价108.05元,收到包裹开箱后发现有1瓶防晒霜已经完全爆裂,且另外一瓶外部也有些微被污染,因此申请了退货退款。卖家与消费者沟通后,将该笔订单金额的70%(73.44元)退还给了消费者。退款成功后,卖家拿到了该笔订单退款金额50%的补贴:36.72元。

The seller sold 2 bottles of sunscreen and delivered to Italy. But the consumer found 1 bottle was broken and the cream was contaminated the other one, so she applied for refund. After the consultation, the seller gave 70% value of the sunscreen (¥73.44) back to her and got ¥36.72 compensation (50% of refund) without submit any document or photo.

消费者/Consumer

1.消费者通过乐天官网购买了21个盘子,折合人民币约3000元,转运回国。包裹抵达后,消费者当场会同邮政EMS小哥开箱,发现有7个盘子出现了损坏,最终拿到了1095.54元的全额补贴!

The Chinese consumer bought 21 ceramic plates from Rakuten (about ¥3000) and delivered from Japan to China. However, 7 of them was found broken when she received and open the package. Luckily, the consumer applied claim and got ¥1095.54 compensation (full value of broken goods) from Dowsure.

2.消费者在Fragrance X买了30瓶香水,一共1000多美金。包裹到了的时候,箱子一角被浸湿了,开箱满手都是磨砂膏露出来的膏体,香水也漏得一滴不剩。最终该消费者拿到了315.34元的全额补贴。

The Chinese consumer bought some bottles of perfume and perfume sets from Fragrance X.com (about $1000). When the package arrived, out of the carton was wet , 1 set of the facial scrub and perfume were broken and leak out. Finally, she got ¥315.34 compensation (full value of broken goods) from Dowsure.
