某出口物流方承接了一批塑身衣、收腹带发往亚马逊仓库(1405件),分成13个包裹发出。当包裹到达亚马逊FBA仓库,清点数量后只上架了1218件,187件商品下落不明;13个包裹中,仅有11个显示成功签收,另外2个包裹不翼而飞确认丢失。物流方本应为这些丢失的商品“买单”,最终拿到了3500元的丢件补贴。

The logistics company delivered 13 packages (1,405 goods) from China to Amazon warehouse. But only 1,218 goods put on sale after Amazon received the packages, 187 goods in 2 packages were confirmed lost. Logistics company should have to bear this high compensation, fortunately they had bought the Logisure for these packages in advance, so they finally got ¥3,500 compensation from Dowsure.

4月6日消费者下单购买了一个树脂花盆,25日,消费者收到包裹后,发现花盆底部破了很大一条口,完全不能使用,便联系申请退款。核实情况后,卖家将全部款项退回给消费者,最终获得了这笔订单退款金额50%的补贴51.64元。

The Wish seller sold a flower pot in April 6th,however the consumer found it was broken when the goods was arrived, so he asked for refund. The seller dealt with the refund and applied for claim, finally he got ¥51.64 (50% compensation of refund losses) from Dowsure.

海外仓发货 Delivered from Warehouse Overseas

某美国消费者购买了一瓶无硅油洗发水,收到商品后4天发起了退款,理由为:“该洗发水香味、使用感与自己想象的不一样,需要申请退货退款。”卖家最终将该笔订单款项全额退还给了消费者。退款成功后,卖家未提交任何材料,获得了配送费50%的补贴:20.87元。

The seller sold 1 bottle of silicone free shampoo and delivered to America. But the consumer applied for refund because she didn’t like the fragrance of shampoo and the feeling after used it . The seller gave the money back to her and got ¥20.87 compensation (50% of freight charge) without submit any document or photo.

国内直邮自发货 Delivered from China

某美国消费者购买了2件运动内衣,单价约90元。因担心尺码不合身,便购买了M、L码各1件。消费者收到包裹试穿后表示M码不合适,要求退货。最终卖家将1件运动内衣的款项退还给了消费者,在未提供任何材料的情况下,拿到了该笔订单退款金额50%的补贴:45.01元。

The American consumer bought 2 athletic undergarment, medium & large size (each for ¥90). The consumer thought the medium size didn’t fit her after she tried them on, so she asked for return. The seller dealt with the refund of the medium size athletic undergarment and got ¥45.01 (50% compensation of refund losses) from Dowsure.

消费者 Consumer

消费者买了一组YSL香水和雅诗兰黛面霜。原本预计7-10个工作日就能收货,消费者等了一个多月迟迟未收到。经查询确认该包裹丢失!幸好消费者购买了保障,最终拿到了最高保障额度1000元的补贴!

The Chinese consumer bought a set of YSL perfume and the Estee Lauder facial cream which delivered from America to China. The package should be arrived in 7-10 working days, however, she didn’t received it even waited for over a month. The package was confirmed lost and the consumer got ¥1,000 compensation (amount insured) from Dowsure.
