It's finally here!
The highly anticipated, headlining
international youth rowing tournament of
the Greater Bay Area (GBA),
AISL Harrow Rowing Regatta 2024,part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area series,
is set to take place from 30 November to 1 December!
With the vision of 'One Bay. One Vision.
Rowing to Greatness',
the tournament will see nearly 500 local and international rowers, with up to 130 teams vying for the ultimate glory.
Among them are elite rowing teams from as far as Clare Hall Boat Club Cambridge University, Yale, and Harrow School in the UK;
top mainland varsitieslike Tsinghua, Peking University, and Tongji University;
those closer to home in the GBA such as the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Macau University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen University, and Sun Yat-sen University; as well as our very own student teams from AISL Harrow Hengqin, Shanghai and Beijing.
Taking place by the Tinmuk River, this one-of-a-kind sports extravaganza will bring together competition, education, and community over an electrifying weekend.
For three days from 29 November to 1 December, catch a national athletes' dialogue,

to Success
On the afternoon of 29 November, catch some of
the world's best rowers and varsity rowing teams
in a sharing session at Harrow LiDe School Hengqin,
a co-organiser of the Regatta.
Hear ace Asian Games and Olympic athletes,
Hong Kong China representative team coaches,
and team representatives from the Clare Hall Boat Club Cambridge University, Yale University,
and the Old Harrovians Boat Club
(from Harrow School in the UK)
share their in-depth, personal views and insights on:
What's the unique appeal of rowing, as an Olympic sports that is popular across elite schools around the world?
Why is it said that 'Children who row will thrive well holistically?' How does this elite sport foster holistic development?
What was the experience like being part of the prestigious Harrow rowing team?

Thrilling World-class Tournament
with Live Commentary
After the breathtaking gun-firing ceremony,
over a hundred of elite teams will descend
on the Tinmuk River,
competing in speed for short-distance races or endurance and teamwork for long-distance ones.
In the opening morning,
Guangdong Television Sports Channel
will broadcast the tournament
with interviews of participants and guests,
as well as the awards ceremony.

As one of the biggest annual events in the GBA,
the regatta is co-organised by Harrow LiDe School Hengqin, Vivere Sky Group and Tinmuk Rowing Club,
hosted by AISL Group with guidance from the Livelihood Affairs Bureau of Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, alongside support from organisations and brands such as Hong Kong China Rowing Association, Wynn Care Foundation, Decathlon, War Horse, and Four Seas Group.返回搜狐，查看更多
